Once you’ve enrolled, here’s what’s next
Within two weeks of CMS approval for your enrollment application you should expect to receive the following:
Humana Welcome Kit
Humana ID card
Humana Evidence of Coverage
Please read your plan documents to learn more about your plan and how it works. The Evidence of Coverage and the formulary (list of covered drugs) will tell you exactly what's covered and your out-of-pocket costs.
